This photos shows how close Med Point is to Governors Harbour, and Club Med Beach. There are NO structures between Med Point and Club Med.
The old Club Med is being developed as "French Leave Resort" (see their website). Lots there are going for 1 million apiece.
The Med Point lot measures 150 feet of waterfront, and 500 feet deep. There is 50 feet on the Casuarina Beach. Plenty of room for a tennis court and/or pool. In addition, a winch could be placed to launch and retrieve boats from the Atlantic.
This overhead view shows the location of the "Big House" relative to the Beach Cottage. The foundation and first floor are completed, and the new owner has the option of either completing it with the present plans, or to do whatever he wishes to complete it.

Herman, the local diver, and Wendy, a guest at Med Point. Herman dives every day he can off Med Point, and always comes home with a decent catch. He will take you out, and show you a local's view of snorkelling off the great reefs offshore Med Point.
