ELEUTHERA
Resort for Sale in Palmetto Point

Paradise Point, formerly known as Singing Sands, in North Palmetto Point, Eleuthera, Bahamas, is now for sale.
Check out their website for specifics, and contact info HERE
This resort is in a great location on a fine stretch of beach on the Atlantic side of North Palmetto Point, and is a turn-key operation.
Anyone that has been around the Bahamas, and specifically Eleuthera, know the trials and tribulations of getting a running, functional resort off the ground. One must go through years of permits, approvals, etc. before one can open the doors. Matter of fact, it is said that there are two speeds of government action in Nassau: slow, or stop.
But Paradise Point has passed all the necessary steps for a functioning development. It not only has permits for their functioning restaurant, bar, five bungalows, 2 villas, but has approval for future development, for either the construction of 27 duplexes, or the construction of a hotel.
Eleuthera: Beaches, Some Known, Some Not....

Sure, there are plenty of well-know beaches in Eleuthera; Pink Sand Beach in Harbour Island, Club Med Beach in Governors Harbour, Ten Bay Beach in South Palmetto Point, Lighthouse Beach in Bannerman Town. But there are some other beaches, especially in the south part of the island that are, basically, unknown but to a few. Some don't even have names; some do, such as Jack's Bay, but, if you take a desolate dirt road, especially from the Atlantic side of the island, you will frequently come upon a breathtaking beach, with nary a soul in sight.
So, next time in Eleuthera, explore the southern part of the island, and take a left on just about any dirt road; you may be surprised.
